What used to be simple gym equipment has evolved into sophisticated setups, with Peloton bikes replacing traditional stationary ones, smartwatches adorning everyone's wrists, and pickleball courts taking over from tennis. Community open spaces now boast hiking trails, walking paths, and even onsite "glamping!"

Just as the physical facilities have been upgraded, so have the services offered to community members. Beyond the professional golf staff, personal trainers, spa technicians, and professional activity staff now provide an ever-expanding menu of personal services and hosted activities. They are commonplace in many of the Arizona private communities we serve.
