Thank you for choosing to travel with The Walking Connection. To register for a trip, please print out, complete and sign one form for each person traveling on the trip.

Initial Deposit(s): Use this reservation form for all Walking Connection trips. If you are signing up using a special Walking Connection promotion, please enter the name of the promotion below, complete the form and submit payment required by the promotion. For all other reservations made using this form, the initial deposit is $200 USD for Walking Weekends and $500USD for any Active Vacation. Any deposit you make using this form is 100% refundable until The Walking Connection confirms it in writing via e-mail and/or USPS mail that you have been accepted for the trip. All prices and reservations for international tours are subject to currency fluctuation.

Upon receipt of this completed form and your initial deposit, we will send you a confirmation of acceptance for the tour, the specific details of the cancellation and penalty clause for the particular tour you chose and an invoice for any additional deposit due.

Your preference will be submitted and requested of the accommodations we are using for the trip and are subject to space availability. They are not guaranteed at the time of your request. Your request will be confirmed prior to final acceptance for the tour.

The Walking Connection generally does not include airfares or arrange airline preferences as a part of its tours. However, on occasion, air arrangements are offered as part of a tour as a convenience to our guests. In this case, the arrangements for the group as a whole prevail and some of your individual requests may not be available through our services and may not be met. We will do our best to notify the airlines of your requests but cannot be held responsible in any way for their ability to meet them. Frequent Flyer Miles/Points may NOT be redeemed if utilizing our group air.

NOTE: While The Walking Connection makes every effort to accommodate all travelers, we reserve the right to deny tour membership to those individuals with special restrictive dietary requirements or physical disabilities/limitations, or mental limitations including Alzheimer's related disorders that in our sole oppinion, we or our vendors may not be capable of meeting.

Travel Insurance: The Walking Connection strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance that include trip cancellation protection, personal liability and luggage insurance. Please ask for more details and information. Please click here for addtional information.
Waiting List Policy: On occasion, Walking Connection tours sell out and a waiting list is formed. If this should happen, the following policy will apply. To be put on the waiting list, a fully refundable deposit of $500 is due with reservation. If space becomes available, you will be notified at that time and if you choose to go, the standard cancellation policy will then apply. If not, your money will be refunded in full.
Special Conditions: All prices, including airfare are based upon tariffs and exchange rates at the time the tour was originally booked and are subject to change without notice. Therefore, there may be minor changes in the final price due to these changes.

RELEASE: I am aware that Walking Connection tours (whether in civilized or remote areas) encompass travel by foot, boat, plane, automobile, motor coach, horseback, or the like. I am further aware that the activities planned such as but not limited to trekking, hiking, boating and animal viewing, contain inherent risks of injury, emotional trauma and illness such as but not limited to malaria. I recognize that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the trip I am participating in with The Walking Connection. I am also aware that adequate medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time and that evacuation if necessary can be prolonged, difficult and expensive. In consideration of, and as part payment for the right to participate in, and by registering for any Walking Connection tour now or in the future, I have and do hereby fully assume all risk of injury, property damage, emotional trauma and death, and it is my intention for me and my heirs, executors and administrators to waive any and all right and claims for damages I may have against Gene and Jo Ann Taylor, Taylor Marketing and Management, LLC., The Walking Connection and any individual associated with these event/tour, their representatives, successors, and assignees, and will hold them harmless for any and all injuries, mishaps and loss of property suffered in connection with my participation in this event/tour. I have been warned that I must be in good health to participate in this event and I also give permission for the free use of my name, likeness, picture and any opinion expressed by me in any advertisement, newsletter, broadcast, telecast or print media account of this event without any compensation to me whatsoever.
