Journey 30 is FREE...
"Our favorite trails and outdoor spaces have been closed. Places and activities that were once routine, like going to the gym have been modified as facilities learn how to open safely. It's still best to social distance from your regular walking and hiking friends. Our routines have been disrupted. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO END?
Perhaps we need to turn things around. What if we looked at this as a time of 're-definement' instead of confinement? Since we are all at the start line together, this can be a good time to begin a new chapter in your life. Evaluate where you are. Examine where you want to be. And maybe at the same time, find yourself."
Jo Ann Taylor, Founder
"I felt dejected and unmotivated this morning due to social distancing and ANOTHER rainy day. But, this group (I'mIn) is making me feel supported and accountable to someone.
So, I made time for my walk anyway, with rain gear. I feel much happier now. Thanks, guys!"

10 Minutes Counts
Stanford University took a group of people and divided them into two groups. Half exercised for 30 consecutive minutes, the other half exercised in 10-minute intervals – once in the morning, afternoon, and evening. At the end of the study, both groups increased their fitness levels at the same amount and at the same pace!
