WELCOME and THANK YOU for choosing to travel with the Walking Connection on this 2025 Safari and Adventure to Tanzania. Please remember that this adventure is limited to 12- full-paying guests. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be sure Jo Ann Taylor confirms your trip before making your airline reservations.
This is your first step (1 of 2) to register for this trip. (4-minutes).
This trip requires a $2000 per person deposit. Please complete the payment form and make your deposit payment.
1. USE THIS FORM to add your trip to your shopping cart. Select as many guests as you like.
2. Review your shopping cart and order summary. You will be offered THREE Options to make your deposit payment. To pay by credit card, click - "PayPal." (Use this button even if you don't have a Paypal account).
3. A secure popup window will appear. Click "Pay By Credit Card.
4. Insert your Credit Card information and process your payment.
5. Next, you'll be auto-directed back to the shopping cart page to complete you order. Click "Continue."
6. Print your receipt. Scroll to the bottom of your receipt and follow the link to "COMPLETE YOUR TRIP RESERVATION." Select "ALL WALKING CONNECTION ADVENTURES."
You will be directed to the appropriate Registration Form. Please complete it immediately. The form takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Items Requested - A current digital color copy of the index pages (Signature and details Pages), of your passport. (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR PASSPORT HANDY, YOU CAN COMPLETE THE FORM AND EMAIL IT TO US LATER.)
Complete The Registration Information. Sign the form at the bottom. Submit the form.
That's it! You're all set. You'll be automatically redirected to The Walking Connection Photo Gallery. Enjoy the views!

All reservations can be made conveniently online and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of very limited availability on this Walking Connection adventure, your reservation is TENTATIVE until your deposit payment is received, AND we send you an email confirmation of acceptance from the Walking Connection.
UPON ACCEPTANCE, ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CONFIRMED VIA E-MAIL.
ALL Deposits and Payment Are Subject To The Following Cancellation, Penalty & Refund Policies.
Should you choose to cancel your tour, the following terms will apply:
Cancellation, Penalty & Refund Policies: Should you have to cancel your tour, the following terms will apply: Due to the exclusivity and customization of this adventure, for all cancellation requests, the initial trip deposit is forfeited.
After that:
- For cancellations from 61 – 90 days prior to the trip 50% penalty of the total trip cost.
- For Cancellations and no-shows 60 days before the trip, no refunds.
No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour.
All cancellations must be made in writing and delivered to Walking Connection via e-mail and/or US Postal Service. Your cancellation date is when your notice is received and confirmed by Walking Connection, not the postmark date.
A $2000.00 per person deposit is required to reserve your space.
Payments: All payments must be made according to the schedule.
Final payment is due on or before 75 days prior to the trip. We will email you a confirmation of your acceptance into the trip, a receipt for your deposit and an invoice for your final payment.
We request that final payments be made by check or wire transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit card, Venmo, or Paypal, there is a 3% service fee (4.5% service fee for Canadian credit cards). If you choose to pay this way, we will issue an updated invoice reflecting this fee. THANK YOU!
