IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW FORM — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. (3 Minutes)

 

WELCOME and THANK YOU for choosing to travel with the Walking Connection. Please remember that this adventure is limited to 20- full-paying Guests.  Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Please be sure Jo Ann Taylor or Sylvia Bernardi confirms your trip before making your airline reservations.

 

This is your first step (1 of 2) to register for this trip. (4-minutes).

 

This trip requires a $1000 per person deposit. Please complete the payment form and make your deposit payment.

 

1. USE THIS FORM to add your trip to your shopping cart. Select as many guests as you like.

 

2. Review your shopping cart and order summary. You will be offered THREE Options to make your deposit payment. To pay by credit card, click - "PayPal." (Use this button even if you don't have a Paypal account).

 

3. A secure popup window will appear. Click "Pay By Credit Card.

 

4. Insert your Credit Card information and process your payment.

 

5. Next, you'll be auto-directed back to the shopping cart page to complete your order. Click "Continue."

 

6. Scroll to the bottom of your receipt and follow the link to "COMPLETE YOUR TRIP RESERVATION." Select "ALL OTHER 2024 TRIPS," which will link you to the PRIVATE Walking Connection Guest Registration Page. This form takes about 10 minutes to complete. 

 

Items Requested - A current digital color copy of the index pages (Signature and details Pages), of your passport. (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR PASSPORT HANDY, YOU CAN COMPLETE THE FORM AND EMAIL IT TO US LATER.)

 

Complete The Registration Information. Sign the form at the bottom. Submit the form. 

 

That's it! You're all set.

All reservations can be made conveniently online and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Because of very limited availability on this Walking Connection adventure, your reservation is TENTATIVE until your deposit payment is received, AND we send you an email confirmation of acceptance from the Walking Connection.

 

UPON ACCEPTANCE, ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CONFIRMED VIA E-MAIL.

 

ALL Deposits and Payment Are Subject To The Following Cancellation, Penalty & Refund Policies.

 

Should you choose to cancel your tour, the following terms will apply:

  • For cancellations before April 15, 2024 or more in advance of trip, we refund your initial deposit less a $200 per person administrative fee. If your deposit was a credit from a previous trip postponement, the amount will be used as a future credit.

 

  • For cancellations April 15 - August 17, your $1250 deposit is non-refundable.

  • For cancellations and no-shows 90 days or less prior to the trip 100% of the trip price is nonrefundable.

 

After that:

 

  • No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour.

  •  All cancellations must be made in writing and delivered to Walking Connection via e-mail and/or US Postal Service. Your cancellation date is when your notice is received and confirmed by Walking Connection, not the postmark date.

 

A $1000.00 per person deposit is required to reserve your space.

Payments: All payments must be made according to the schedule. 

 

Final payment is due on or before 90 days prior to the trip.  We will email you a confirmation of your acceptance into the trip, a receipt for your deposit and an invoice for your final payment.

 

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

  • Individual Guest Deposits:

    • All deposits and payments are credited toward guest adventures, subject to the cancellation policy below.

    • An initial deposit of $1000.00 USD per person is required to reserve space.

    Initial deposit becomes non-refundable after February 25, 2024.

    For sign-ups from February 26 - April 14, 2024, a full non-refundable deposit is due with each reservation.

    For sign-ups April 15 – July 22, 2024, full (non-refundable) payment is due with reservation.

    Cancellation Policy, Penalties & Refund:
