TOUR PRICE & PAYMENTS:
The trip price is estimated at $6500 per person based upon double occupancy. Subject to currency fluctuations. Final price calculated at the time of booking. A deposit of $1500 USD per person is due with reservation. Space cannot be held without complete deposit.
Upon receipt of your initial deposit, we will provide a written confirmation of the final tour price, number of meals, and any other details that may affect your tour. You will have 7 days from that time to confirm your reservation or cancel it for a full refund of your deposit. After you reconfirm, our stated Cancellation Policy will take effect. (Please see the trip details sheet for complete policy.)
A.I.M. Japan & Indonesia Adventure - TOUR DEPOSIT
Should you have to cancel your tour the following terms will apply: Due to the exclusive and small group nature of this adventure, all cancellation requests will incur a $1500 USD per person (Initial Deposit) administrative fee.
- For cancellations from 60 – 90 days prior to the trip 50% penalty of the trip cost.
- For cancellations from 0 – 59 days prior to the trip, no refunds.
- No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour or no-shows.
