Reservations for this
trip are available on a limited basis and are only available
on a first come first served basis. Should this trip completely
sell out, please see our waiting list policy below.
Tour Price
per person:
Guest Pricing:
$1398USD per person (based upon double occupancy)
Single - $1698USD (Single space is limited).
Prices are exclusive of International & Domestic airfares.
Deposits: A
deposit of $200 USD is required to reserve your space. No
space will be held without a complete deposit. Deposits
may be made by check or credit card. Our tour prices are
subject to change due to currency fluctuation.
Payments:
All payments must be made according to the schedule &
are subject to the cancellation & penalty policy. Final
payment is due on or before December 15, 2011.
We request that all final payments be made by check.
Our Accommodations
Los Colibris Features 2 Houses with 2 bedrooms and 2 Casitas
with a variety of room configurations. Due to the limited
space guests accommodations will be assigned in order of
deposits received and at our discretion.
Not Included:
The price of this tour does not include Domestic
or International Airfare, departure taxes, gratuities for
the local guides,Visa/Passport handling fees, travel insurance,
early check in & late check out of rooms, optional tours
or items of a personal nature such as drinks, photographs
& phone calls. No discounts or refunds on any unused
portion of the tour.
Air Arrangements:
We have not included air arrangements of any kind
for this trip. We have found it common for our guests to
be interested in upgrades as well as the desire to arrive
early or extend their stays. We recommend that you
fly in and out of Los Cabos (SJD) and not to make your flight
arrangements until after this trip has been confirmed.
Airport Transfers:
Transfers are included and scheduled as a group
on start and ending dates of tour only. Private
arrangements can be made at extra cost.
Cancellation, Penalty & Refund Policies: Should
you have to cancel your tour the following terms will apply:
All cancellation requests will incur a $50 per person administrative
fee.
For cancellations 30-60 days prior to departure, 50% of
the trip price is non-refundable.
For cancellations 0-29 days prior to departure and no shows,
no refunds will be made.
No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour.
All cancellations must
be made in writing and delivered to The Walking Connection
via e-mail and/or United States Post Office. Your cancellation
date is the date your notice is received and confirmed by
The Walking Connection, not the postmark date.
Tour Minimum:
This tour must have a minimum of 8 guests traveling together.
Otherwise, a small group surcharge may be imposed. The extension
requires a minimum of 6 guests.
Tour Maximum:
This trip is limited to 9 guests.
Waiting List
Policy: On occasion, Walking Connection tours sell
out and a waiting list is formed. If this should happen,
the following policy will apply: To be put on the waiting
list, a fully refundable deposit is due with reservation.
If space becomes available, you will be notified at that
time and if you choose to go, the standard cancellation
policy will then apply. If not, your money will be refunded
in full.
Travel Roommates
and Single Supplements: If you have registered
for double occupancy but do not have a travel roommate,
the Walking Connection will attempt to locate one for you.
In the event that a roommate cannot be found, you may be
charged for a Single Supplement for any portion of the tour
where you will be rooming as a single. Travel roommates
are assigned in the order in which we receive deposited
and confirmed reservations. Final roommate assignments will
be made and you will be notified of any Single Supplement
charges due 30 days prior to your final payment due date.

Please
read the important safety and liability release below.
I am aware that Walking Connection tours (whether in civilized
or remote areas) encompass travel by foot, boat, plane,
automobile, motor coach, horseback, or the like. I am further
aware that the activities planned such as but not limited
to trekking, hiking, boating and animal viewing, contain
inherent risks of injury, emotional trauma and illness such
as but not limited to malaria. I recognize that such risks
may be present at any time before, during and after the
trip I am participating in with The Walking Connection.
I am also aware that adequate medical services or facilities
may not be readily available or accessible during some or
all of the time and that evacuation if necessary can be
prolonged, difficult and expensive. In consideration of,
and as part payment for the right to participate in, and
by registering for any Walking Connection tour now or in
the future, I have and do hereby fully assume all risk of
injury, property damage, emotional trauma and death, and
it is my intention for me and my heirs, executors and administrators
to waive any and all right and claims for damages I may
have against Gene and Jo Ann Taylor, Taylor Marketing and
Management, LLC., The Walking Connection and any individual
associated with these event/tour, their representatives,
successors, and assignees, and will hold them harmless for
any and all injuries, mishaps and loss of property suffered
in connection with my participation in this event/tour.
I have been warned that I must be in good health to participate
in this event and I also give permission for the free use
of my name, likeness, picture and any opinion expressed
by me in any advertisement, newsletter, broadcast, telecast
or print media account of this event without any compensation
to me whatsoever.
