All reservations can be made conveniently online and are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Because of very limited availability on Walking Connection adventures, your reservation is TENTATIVE until you receive a written confirmation of acceptance from the Walking Connection. Until you receive your confirmation, all payments are 100% refundable. UPON ACCEPTANCE, ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CONFIRMED VIA E-MAIL. Once your confirmation has been e-mailed, all payments become subject to the cancellation, penalty and refund policy of the individual trip you are signing up for. Please see the "Trip Details" for your trip. Also, along with your confirmation we will send you a notice of when subsequent payments are due. We request that all final payments for the trip be paid by personal or business check.

A $200 per person deposit is required to reserve your space.

TRIP CONFIRMATION: This trip will be confirmed within FIVE business days of receipt of your reservation. Once confirmed, reservations are non-transferrable. Please be sure your trip is reconfirmed prior to making airline reservations.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card for your reservation deposit.

If you are use the same computer to register multiple guests, you will only be requested to complete the Credit Card form once, however you will have to reenter your card number and expiration date.

RELEASE: I am aware that Walking Connection tours (whether in civilized or remote areas) encompass travel by foot, boat, plane, automobile, motor coach, horseback, or the like. I am further aware that the activities planned such as but not limited to trekking, hiking, boating and animal viewing, contain inherent risks of injury, emotional trauma and illness such as but not limited to malaria. I recognize that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the trip I am participating in with The Walking Connection. I am also aware that adequate medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time and that evacuation if necessary can be prolonged, difficult and expensive. In consideration of, and as part payment for the right to participate in, and by registering for any Walking Connection tour now or in the future, I have and do hereby fully assume all risk of injury, property damage, emotional trauma and death, and it is my intention for me and my heirs, executors and administrators to waive any and all right and claims for damages I may have against Gene and Jo Ann Taylor, Taylor Marketing and Management, LLC., The Walking Connection and any individual associated with these event/tour, their representatives, successors, and assignees, and will hold them harmless for any and all injuries, mishaps and loss of property suffered in connection with my participation in this event/tour. I have been warned that I must be in good health to participate in this event and I also give permission for the free use of my name, likeness, picture and any opinion expressed by me in any advertisement, newsletter, broadcast, telecast or print media account of this event without any compensation to me whatsoever.
